Crust: 1 Yellow cake mix
1 Butter or margarine; melted
1 Egg; beaten
Filling: 8 oz Cream cheese; softened
3 Eggs
1 Powdered sugar
1 tb Vanilla
Recipe by: Three Rivers Cookbook III Crust: Mix all ingredients together. Pat into an ungreased 9×13″ pan. (Mixture will be “doughy”). Filling: Beat cream cheese and eggs together well. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla gradually. Pour over crust and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
