1 9 inch pastry shell — unbaked

1 package — (10 oz) frozen

— chopped spinach 1 package — (8 oz) swiss cheese

— slices 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

3 eggs — beaten

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 dash pepper

Liberally prick bottom and sides of pie shell with fork. Bake at 375 degrees F for 10 – 12 minutes. Cool on rack. Cook spinach accordingto package direc tions; drain well.
