2 1/2 c Brown Rice, cooked
3 Green Onions (scallions),
Chopped 1 c Lowfat Cottage Cheese -or-
Hoop Cheese 1 t Dried Dill
1/4 c Parmesan Cheese, grated
1/2 c Lowfat Milk
