1 1/2 c Tomatoes; Finely Chopped

1/2 c Onion; Chopped

1 ea Clove Garlic; Finely Chopped

1 ea Jalapeno Chile; Canned, *

1/2 ts Jalepeno Chile Liquid

1 tb Cilantro; Fresh,Snipped Fine

1 tb Lemon Juice

1/2 ts Oregano Leaves; Dried

1 1/2 ts Vegetable Oil

* Jalapeno Chile should be seeded and finely chopped. ~————————————————————————- Mix all ingredients in glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refrigerate up to 7 days.

Makes about 2 cups of sauce.
