1 ready to use pie crust
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup pecan pieces
1/4 cup unsalted butter — melted
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup white corn syrup
2 eggs
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees 2. Unfold pie crust; fit into 9 inch pie pan. 3. Scatter butterscotch chips and pecan pieces into pie shell. 4. Beat together butter, sugar, corn syrup and eggs in a medium sized bowl. 5. Pour over nuts and butterscotch chips. 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown. If pie browns t o quickly, cover with aluminum foil after 20 minutes. 7. Cool completely on wire rack.
