2 1/2 cups whole wheat pastry flour

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup sucanat

2 teaspoons Rumford Aluminum Free Baking Powder

1/2 teaspoon soda

1/2 cup Chatfield’s Dairy Free Carob Chips

1 cup mashed ripe bananas

1/4 cup water

1/4 cup canola oil

Mix together dry ingredients. Whisk wet ingredients together in a separate bowl. Add to dry ingredients and mix well. Grease and flour two 7 x 4 x 2 inch loaf pans. Divede dough evenly and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Recipe shared by Barbara Kerr.
