1 unbaked deep dish pastry — (9 inch)

shell 1 can Hormel chicken — (6 oz.)

1 cup shredded Swiss or Monterey Jack

cheese 3/4 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon basil

1 package chopped spinach — (10 oz.)

cooked and squeezed dry 1/4 cup finely chopped onion

2 eggs — beaten

3/4 cup milk

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Pierce pastry shell thoroughly with a fork. Bake at 375 degrees 10 minutes. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, mayonnaise, and seasonings until smoot h. In a separate bowl, chop well together chicken, cheese, spinach, and onion. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes, until brown. Cool at least 30 minutes before cutting.
