1 cn (48-oz) tomato juice

1 ea Diced onion

3 c Water

6 ea Beef bouillon cubes

1/2 ea Head cabbage shredded

1 ea Bay leaf

4 ea Sliced carrots

In a large pot, combine tomato juice, water, cabbage, carrots, onion, bouillon and bay leaf, and simmer for an hour. Remove bay leaf before serving.
