1 15 oz. brownie mix
1/3 c. water — very hot
1/4 c. oil
1 egg
12 peanut butter cups/mini
Heat oven to 350. Line muffin cups with paper cups. Combine mix, water, oil, and egg with spoon. Fill cups. Press peanut butter cups until top edge of candy is even with batter. Bake at 350 for 20 – 30 minutes. Do not overbake. Cupcake = 230 calories.
