3 cups brown rice — cooked
1 package frozen green peas
2 cups cooked chicken breast halves — cubed
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup slivered almonds — toasted
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon black pepper — gro
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
vegetable cooking spray
Combine rice, peas, chicken, mayonnaise, almonds, soy sauce, and seasonings in bowl. Transfer to a 3 quart baking dish coated with cooking spray. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
