2 1/4 c instant brown rice
1 3/4 c boiling water
2 15-oz can cooked black beans
: or pinto beans — undrained 2 TB margarine
1 lg onion — chopped
3 cloves garlic — chopped
1 md green pepper — chopped
1/2 ts ground cumin
1 1/2 c salsa
