2 c Cooked or canned black beans

— (rinse & drained canned) 2 c Cooked rice

1 1/2 c Fresh cilantro

1/4 c Lime juice

3/4 c Oil

1/2 c Chopped onion

2 Garlic cloves; crushed

Salt Freshly ground black pepper Mix the beans, rice, and cilantro together in a bowl. Place the lime juice in a small bowl and whisk in the oil.
