4 green onions — finely chopped
1 clove garlic — minced
1 teaspoon hot chili pepper — minced

Combine green onion, garlic, chilies and lemon juice. Beat in olive oil and yog urt gradually. Add salt and pepper. Finely chop herbs and add. This may be done in a food processor or blender. Refrigerate. Serve over sliced tomatoes and on ions.
