3 Lb Boneless Pot Roast — cut in 1/2″ slices
2 Tbsp Oil
6 Tomatoes — peel and quarter
1 4 Oz. Can Sliced Mushrooms And Juice
1/2 C Pitted Black Olives
1 Clove Garlic — crushed
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper
1 Pn Dried Sweet Basil
1 Bay Leaf
Heat oil in Dutch Oven or electric frying pan. Add meat and hrown well on both sides. Pour off fat and add the rest of the ingredients to the pan. Cover tightly and simmer 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
