3 lb Chicken, frying; cut up

1/2 c Chinese-style barbecue sauce

1 tb Soy sauce

1 tb Sesame oil

Combine all ingredients in plastic bag. Press air out; seal bag securely. Rotate gently to coat chicken. Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours. Grill or broil 4 to 5″ from heat, 12-16 minutes on each side, or until done. Origin: Oriental Classics Cookbook – GEnie D.WEISSGERBE —–
