1 c All purpose flour

1/2 c Cornstarch

1/2 c Powdered sugar

3/4 c Butter/not margarine; room

-temp 1/2 c Coarsely chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Sift first three ingredients into large bowl. Add butter and mix well. Stir in walnuts. Drop by teaspoons onto baking sheets. Bake until cookies are lightly golden – about 20-25 minutes. NOTE: Real butter is the secret of these buttery tasting cookies. Makes 30 cookies
