1 Pound lean ground beef
1/2 Cup chopped onion
1/2 Cup chopped green bell pepper
1 Cup tomato sauce — or catsup
1 Tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 Teaspoon salt — or to taste
1/4 Teaspoon pepper — or to taste
4 hamburger buns
Saute ground beef with onion and green pepper until lightly browned. Drain off excess fat. Add all remaining ingredients. Mix well and simmer for 15 minutes. Spoon onto hamburger buns.
