3 pounds medium shrimp — cleaned and shelled
— with tails left on 1 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup oil
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon Head Country Seasoning
Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauce
Combine liquids and Head Country Seasoning in a large bowl. Add shrimp and marinate in refrigerator 2 to 3 hours. Place shrimp on a grill basket or thread on skewers for easy turning. Grill over medium hot flame 3 to 5 minutes per side. Serve with Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauce. Makes 24 to 30 appetizer servings or serves 6 to 8 as an entree.
