1 pound lean ground beef
1 egg
1/2 onion — chopped, 2/3 cup
1/3 green pepper — chopped, 1/3 cup
1/4 cup sliced pimento stuffed green olives — optional
1 1/2 teaspoons Head Country Seasoning
1/3 cup bread or cracker crumbs
1/2 cup ketchup
salt and pepper — to taste 1/2 cup Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauce — reserved for top
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix thoroughly. Pat into meatloaf pan and top with Bar-B-Q sauce. Bake, uncovered, one hour at 350 degrees.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
