1/3 c Margarine
6 Egg whites, large
3/4 c Water
2 c Flour, unbleached
2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Cinnamon
1/2 c Walnuts
1/2 c Raisins
Recipe by: Frieda Miller – “John Hopkins Complete Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, beat together mashed bananas and margarine until creamy. Add egg whites and water. Beat well. Stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Beat until smooth. Add walnuts and raisins. Spoon batter into a 9 x 13- inch baking pan, sprayed with vegetable oil spray. Bake 20 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean. Cool and cut into 3 x 3-inch squares.
