1 cn creamed corn, # 303

1 cn whole kernel corn, # 303

1 lg onion, chopped

1 md bell pepper, chopped

2 oz pimiento, chopped

2/3 c milk

1 egg (or egg substitute),

well beaten 1 c cracker crumbs

1 c cheese, grated

1/4 c butter or margarine, melted

2 tb sugar

Salt and pepper to taste Red pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Place in a greased 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350?F degrees for 1 hour.
