3 c Cooked AM 7 Bean & Barley
— (drained) 1/2 c Molasses
1/2 c Tomato puree
1/2 c Water
3 tb Honey
1/4 c Diced onion
1 ts Sea salt (optional)
1/4 ts Garlic powder
1/2 ts Turmeric
1 ds Black pepper (optional)
