1 c Dried apricots

1/2 c Walnuts

1/2 c Coconut

2 tb Wheat germ

1/4 c Orange juice

1/3 c Finely chopped walnuts

Recipe by: DEBORAH EPSTEIN (NAFY67C) Place apricots, 1/2 cup walnuts and coconut through food grinder. Add wheat germ and orange juice. Mix well. Form mixture into 1 inch balls. Roll in chopped walnuts. refrigerate until chilled. makes 24 —–
