1 lb Dried apricots; ground fine

2 c Sugar

Peel of 1/2 medium-sized ora -nge – ground fine Few drops lemon juice Granluated sugar Mix ingredients well & boil about 10 minutes, sitring constantly to prevent burning. Spread on large platter and chill overnight or for several hours, as it is much easier to roll when cold. Shape into balls and roll in granulated sugar.
