2 c Sugar

4 Egg

1 ts Vanilla

1 1/2 c Vegetable oil

2 c Flour

1/2 ts Baking soda

1/4 ts Salt

1 ts Cinnamon

2 ts Baking powder

1 1/2 c Carrots; grated

1 1/2 c Apple; chopped

1 c Walnuts; chopped

Combine sugar, eggs, vanilla, and oil. Sift together dry ingredients and stir into liquid mixture. Add carrots, apples and nuts. Pour batter into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake in 325~ oven for 60 to 70 minutes. —–
