1/2 pound Cheddar or Monterey Jack
cheese — grated 4 eggs — beaten
1 jar quartered & marinated — (12 oz.)
artichoke hearts — well drained & chopped fine — (reserve marinade) 6 green onions — diced
6 Uneeda biscuits
2 tablespoons minced parsley
1/2 clove garlic — minced
1 dash Tabasco sauce
1/8 teaspoon oregano
Salt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all the ingredients and turn mixture into an 8 x 8 inch pan greased with reserved marinade. Bake 40 to 45 minutes. Cool i n pan and cut into small squares. Reheat at 325 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, i f desired. Recipe from “One Million Recipes CD”
