1 lg Egg; beaten

2/3 c Sugar

1/2 c Orange juice

2 tb Margarine; melted

2 c Biscuit mix

1/2 c Chopped pecans

1/2 c Orange marmalade

Combine egg, sugar, orange juice and margarine in a large bowl. Mix well. Stir in biscuit mix. Mix well. Fill greased muffin tins two-thirds, fill with batter. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. From – the Saginaw News Cookbook Formatted by Beverly Wilcox —–
