1 cup shortening
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup honey
8 ounces sour cream
3 eggs
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
3/4 teaspoon aniseed
1/4 teaspoon salt
In a mixing bowl, cream shortening and sugar. Add the honey, sour cream and eggs; beat well. Combine flour, baking soda, aniseed and salt; add to creamed mixture and mix tell. Drop by teaspoon 2″ apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until
