3 1/2 c All-purpose flour 1 ts Pumpkin pie spice

2 ts Soda 1 c Cooking oil

1 ts Salt 4 Eggs

1/2 ts Baking powder 1 16-oz can pumpkin

3 c Sugar 1/2 c Chopped walnuts

1 ts Cinnamon 1/4 c Water

In a large mixing bowl combine the flour, soda, salt, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice. In a seperate bowl, mix by hand the oil, eggs, pumpkin, walnuts, and water.
