1 Unbaked 9 inch pie shell
2 cups Cooked or canned pumpkin
1 can 14oz sweetened condensed
Milk 2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon Ginger
1 1/2 cups Mincemeat
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In large mixing bowl combine pumpkin, condensed milk, egg and spices. Mix well. Pour mincemeaty into pie shell, top with pumpkin mixture. Bake 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350 and bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
