1 c Melted butter or margarine

1/4 c Hershey’s cocoa

4 Eggs

2 c Sugar

1 1/2 c Unsifted all-purpose flour

1/2 ts Salt

2 ts Vanilla

2 c Walnuts, coarsely chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix butter, cocoa, eggs and sugar. Stir in flour, salt and vanilla. Beat until smooth and fold in walnuts. Spread mixture evenly in a greased 9×13-inch pan. Place in preheated oven and cook 35 to 40 minutes, or until done.
