13 oz Nuts

13 oz Candied cherries

8 oz Green candied pineapple

1 lb Dates

1 c Flour

2 cn Sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cn Orange juice concentrate;

– small can 1/2 c Honey

Mix together coconut and nuts. Toast these at 350~. Add cherries, pineapple, dates and flour. Add 2 cans sweetened condensed milk and knead. Bake in well greased pans or cans at 250~-300~ for 2 1/2 hours. Glaze while cake is hot with 1/2 small can orange juice concentrate and 1/2 cup honey.
