2 pk Of cream cheese (8 oz.)
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 c White sugar
1/4 Guinness Extra Stout
1/2 ts Cinnamon.
I mixed this all up, but it seemed a little thin, so I added 2 tbsp of flour (it may need more, and finally) 2 eggs.
I poured this into a ‘nilla wafer crust, but I suggest you use a springform pan because it will rise. Bake at 350 F for about 40 minutes. It tastes pretty good, but it doesn’t hold together all that well. Next time I’ll try an extra egg. Have fun! The cheesecake comes out a pale tan.
