4 Eggs

1 c Sugar

2 tb Flour

1 ts Cinnamon, ground

1/8 ts Salt

2 tb Butter; melted

1/2 c Light corn syrup

1 ts Vanilla extract

1 c Old-fashioned rolled oats

2 Granny Smith apples; peeled/

-cored/chopped 1/2 c Semisweet chocolate chips

1 9″ unbaked pie shell

1. Beat eggs in a large bowl until frothy.

2. Mix together sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt in a

small bowl. Stir into eggs until blended. Add butter, corn syrup and vanilla; mix well. Fold in oats, apples and chocolate chips. Spoon filling into pie shell. 3. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven until pie is
