1 1/2 cups GRANOLA

1/4 pound BUTTER — MELTED

1 tablespoon GELATIN — UNFLAVRD

1/2 cup WATER — WARM

2 EGG;YOLKS

1 tablespoon LEMON JUICE — FRESH

1 tablespoon LEMON RIND — FRESH

1/3 cup SUGAR

1/2 pound CREAM CHEESE

1 cup YOGURT — PLAIN

4 ICE CUBES

1 pint STRAWBERRIES — HULLED

Crunch granola with rolling pin and mix with melted butter. Press into 9 water and set aside. In a blender combine egg yolks, lemon juice, lemon rind, sugar, cream cheese and yogurt. Add ice cubes until mixture is smooth; then add half of the strawberries, sliced. Pour over crust and top with remainder of whole berries. Chill. The fresh strawberries of summer are one ideal to use in this pie; but any seasonal berry can be substi- tuted to make graduation a grand celebration.
