1 pk Gingerbread mix

1/2 c Water

1 c Cut-up candied fruit

1/2 c Chopped nuts

Recipe by: CHRISTMAS COOKBOOK Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix gingerbread mix and water. Stir in candied fruit and nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 min. About 3 dozen cookies. Gumdrop Ginger Drops: Substitute 2/3 cup cut-up gumdrops for the candied fruit. Mincemeat Ginger Drops: Substitute 1 cup prepared mincemeat for the candied fruit. Raisin Ginger Drops: Substitute 1 cup raisins for the candied fruit. —–
