1/2 c Margarine

5 ts Granulated sugar replacement

2 Eggs

2 c Flour

1/2 ts Salt

1/2 ts Nutmeg

1/4 c Hot apple jucie

1/4 c Raisins chopped

14 c Currants

Recipe by: mary Jane Finsand Cream together margarine and sugar replacment. Add eggs; beat until fluffy. Combine flour, Baking soda, salt and nutmeg in sigter; add alternately with hot apple juice to creamed mixture. Fold in raisins lighlty and currants. Allow to rest to reat 15 mintues. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet, 2 to 3 in apart. Bake at 350* F. for 12 to 15 minutes Makes 60 cookies Diabetic Candy, Cookie &
