3 cups rhubarb — diced

1 cup sugar

1 package yellow cake mix

1 pint whipping cream

Put the rhubarb into an ungreased 9 x 13 cake pan. Pour the sugar over the rhubarb. Mix the cake mix up according to the package directions. Pour over the rhubarb-sugar mixture. Pour the whipping cream over all. Bake at 350 deg. F. for 1 hour.
