3 cups biscuit mix
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1 tablespoon sugar
1 large egg
1 1/4 cups milk
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Vegetable cooking spray
* Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixtu re.
* Combine egg and next 4 ingredients, stirring well; add to dry ingredients, s tirring just until moistened.
* Place paper baking cups in muffin pans; coat with cooking spray. Add batter , filling two-thirds full.
* Bake at 350F for 25 to 28 minutes. Remove from pans immediately, and cool on wire racks.
