– PKKW92A Marne Parry 6 oz Cream cheese; softened

2 Eggs; divided

2 c Flour

1 c Sugar

1 1/2 ts Baking powder

1/2 ts Baking soda

1/2 ts Salt

3/4 c Apple juice

1/4 c Margarine; melted

1 1/2 c Fresh cranberries; chopped

1/2 c Chopped nuts

Grease a 9 x 5″ loaf pan with melted butter or margarine. Line bottom and sides with wax paper and grease again. Set aside. Combine cream cheese and 1 egg in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy. Set aside. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt. Whisk in the apple juice, melted margarine and 1 egg. Stir in the cranberries and walnuts. Spoon half of the batter into the prepared pan. Spoon cream cheese mix over the batter. Top with remaining batter, spreading carefully. Bake in a preheated 350~ oven 70-75 min. Cool 15 minutes before unmolding. Remove wax paper and cool completely. Wrap well and refrigerate.
