1 1/2 cups fine graham cracker crumbs — 18-20 crackers
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup brown sugar — packed
1/3 cup butter — melted
—filling— 8 ounces cream cheese
1 1/2 cups dry curd cottage cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 package fluffy white,cherry fluff or lemon fluff
frosting mix 1 tablespoon vanilla
Blend crumbs, cinnamon and brown sugar. Add butter and mix well. Press crumb mi xture evenly over bottom and sides of 8″ square pan.
FILLING: Heat oven to 350. Soften cream cheese. Press cottage cheese and salt through si eve into large mixer bowl containing cream cheese; set aside. Beat frosting mix as directed on package. Mix cheese; gradually beat in prepared frosting and fl avoring. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 35 min. Cool; then refrigerate. Top each serving with fresh or frozen strawberries, thawed. 9-12 servings.
