1 oz Unsweetened chocolate,;

-chopped 1/3 c Canola oil

2 1/4 c All-purpose flour

1/2 c Plus 2 tablespoon cocoa powd

-er 1/2 ts Baking powder

3/4 ts Baking soda

1/4 ts Salt

1 lg Egg

2 lg Egg whites

2 c Sugar

1 ts Instant coffee granules

1/4 c Plain nonfat yogurt

2 1/2 ts Vanilla extract

1/4 c Water

THE DESSERT SHOW SHOW #DS3133 AIR DATES: 1/15/96, 1/20/96 CHOCOLATE-FUDGE BUNDT CAKE Preheat oven to 350. Generously grease a 12 cup bundt pan. In a small saucepan over low heat, mix together chocolate & oil. Stir often until smooth & set aside. Sift together flour, cocoa,baking powder, baking soda & salt. In a large mixing bowl with electric mixer on medium speed, beat egg & whites, sugar &coffee powder until very light & fluffy. Turn mixer to low &beat in half dry ingredients. Beat in yogurt, vanilla, 1/4 cup water,chocolate mixture & remaining dry ingredients. Beat just until smooth. Turn batter into pan. Bake 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into middle comes out clean. Put on wire rack to cool completely. Invert cake onto rack & then onto serving platter. —–
