2 c Flour
3/4 c Sugar
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Cinnamon
1/8 ts Salt
2 Eggs; beaten
1/2 c Oil
2 ts Vanilla extract
1 cn Cherry pie filling; (21 oz)
1 c Semi-sweet chocolate pieces
; (6 ozs) 1 c Walnuts; chopped
Powdered sugar In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. In another bowl, combine eggs, oil and vanilla; add to flour mixture, and mix well. Stir in cherry pie filling, chocolate chips and nuts. Turn mixture into a greased and floured 10″ fluted tube pan. Bake at 350` for 1 hour. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Remove from pan, and sift powdered sugar on top. (12-14 servings) Wis/Gramma —–
