2 md Baking Potatoes
1 tb Vegetable Oil
1/2 ts Dried Thyme
1/2 ts Dried Oregano
Slice the potatoes about 1/4 inch thick. Brush the slices with the vegetable oil. Place in a baking pan. Sprinkle with the thyme and oregano. Bake in a 400-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until tender. Serves 4
