1 1/2 lb Young carrots
8 oz Sliced apples
1 oz White vinegar
1 oz Honey
1 c Water
2 oz Butter
Salt & pepper Peel carrots and apples. toss in melted butter, add honey and vinegar and cook for 4 minutes. Add water and boil for 20 minutes. Allow liquid to evaprate as much as possible. Season to taste.
