6 bananas — halved lengthwise

1/4 C. Grand Marnier

1/3 C. firmly packed brown sugar

1/3 C. chopped walnuts

3/4 C. fresh orange juice

3 Tbsp. unsalted butter

vanilla ice cream or sour cream

Arrange bananas in shallow baking dish. Combine orange juice and Grand Marnier; pour over bananas. Dot with butter. Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, basting occasionally. Sprinkle with nuts and brown sugar; continue baking until sugar is melted and nuts are glazed and toasted, about 5 minutes. Serve with ice cream or sour cream.
