4 Stalks celery — diced
2 Cucumbers — peeled and
Diced 28 cn Plum tomatoes — chopped
With liquid 6 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Olive oil
3 c Cold water
1/4 c Italian parsley — chopped
1/2 c Fresh basil — chopped
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1 tb Tabasco sauce
