1 c Fresh or frozen peach slices

1 c Vanilla low-fat ice cream

1/2 c Skim milk

1 tb Powdered sugar

1/8 ts Ground nutmeg

Mint sprigs (optiona Additional ground nu -(optional) Combine the peach slices, ice cream, milk, powdered sugar, and 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg in a blender, and process until smooth. Pour the frap into glasses. Garnish with mint sprigs, and sprinkle with additional nutmeg, if desired. Serve immediately. Yield: 2 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
