1/2 c (3 oz’s.) raisins
-l/2 tsp. cinnamon -Dash ground nutmeg 1 c Sour cream
4 English muffins, split and
-lightly toasted 1 1/2 Pt’s fresh strawberries,
-hulled 1 tb . light brown sugar
1/4 c Toasted almonds, sliced
In blender or food processor, puree raisins with cinnamon and nutmeg; add 2 tablespoons of the sour cream and blend until combined. Spread raisin mixture on muffins. Arrange strawberries on top.
