1 1/2 c Thinly sliced Pork tenderloi

2 Cloves crushed garlic

4 tb Vegetable oil

1 Green onion-cut into 1″ pcs

3 c Chinese peapods-ends removed

1/2 c Sliced-fresh mushrooms

1/2 c Sliced bamboo shoots

1/4 ts Sugar

1/2 ts Fish sauce or to taste

1/8 ts MSG-OPTIONAL

1/4 c Water

*** In a wok, heat vegetable oil over medium heat until hot. Cook garlic until golden brown. Add pork, cook for 3-4 minutes. Add all vegetables and stir together 1-2 minutes.
